Creating forms online

I need to create a form that I could place online.  Something as simple as a memo with our letter head on it to something as complex as calculating an inventory purchase(s) with vendor details and then print out.
I could create Word and Excel templates but not everyone has access to a computer with Office or even a printer (for our laptop users). It would be easier if I created a web doc that does everything it needs to and can be printed without the "form glut" from dhtml forms.  I would like the output to be as clean as possible, i.e. without visble input box lines. If there is something easy, great, if not what concepts would I need to know.

This will go a long way to insure that all documents are up to date and that everyone has access to the forms.Start Free Trial
