connecting to microssoft access db on 64 bits windows 2003

Hello
i developed my application using oledb and microsoft visual studio 2008. i build a .aspx file that connects to a microsoft access 2003 database. my apllication works on 32 bits but when i test it on 64 bits, the following error message appears: "microsoft jet oledb 4 provider is not registered on the local machine".
the problem is i can not configure the IIS6 to work in 32 bits because i have microsoft exchange server 2007 installed on the same server.

what can i do????????
 is there any 64 bits version of access oledb?????
