This mail server doesn't allow open relays. You need to send the credentials with your ID. 4Guys will walk you through the whole process if you need it.

So I changed the from and to email address that have the same domain as the SmtpServer, and got the following error
"The server rejected one or more recipient addresses. The server response was: 550 Invalid HELO string (besswe)"
So that means it outgoing mail. I am sending this via a C# web Application. I have attached all code in tact below that I am using

Is this inbound or outbound mail? If it is outbound, and you are getting a kick back from another mail server, then you may need to be added to their white list.
