Need a marker manager for Google Maps

Please provide links to solutions that allow you to add/remove/manage markers on a Google Map such that they can then be embedded in a website. Google Map Maker is seemingly not a solution as my understanding is this cannot be localized. It also needs to be a standalone solution (so no joomla modules etc).

So far I have found:
yourgmap.com/
http://gmaps.firestorm-technologies.com/ (this is in joomla so it won't work)
