Flash actionscript 2 datagrid/xml

I have a datagrid that is being populated by a XML file. Can someone please show me, or point me to a good resource, that shows:

1. How to set the width of just one of those columns, not all of them, to a certain width.
2. How to have one of those columns be a hyperlink that would open a new browser window url.
