we have set up goals in Google analytics but we do not get any Goals convertee

we have set up gpals in Googel analytics for forms such as contact us, Property request, Enquiry Form, Loan Request etc.  We have followed all the instructions that Google provides without any luck.  When we view source of each thank you page we see that the anlytics script is there so what is wrong?
