Revenue prognosis from social network for teens?

I need to figure out two things:
1)calculate sources of the revenue from the social network for teens ( new one)
2) and make trevenue  projection( which is more difficult for me)
here is the basic data:
Taget audience is 12-19 y.o( both male and female)
CPM on the market amonth the 2 leading competitors is $1-2, thus our should be way lower i suppose
Teens withn target group is 3 mln

How much can this project earn for a year and how to at least calculate within this
