hello!here's the scenario.

i have a combo box that have Region (ex: Asia, Africa, AMerica)

now, i need to have a second combo box that will list all the countries based on the region selected.

now, the question is, how do i do that?
how do i get the value of what is selected in my first combo box.

note: im accessing the data in a database.

hope you guys can help me. this is an urgent requirement.
