How do I go about Encrypt ASP code?

I've got a standard include page called "database.asp" which is used to several pages that belong to my ASP application. Two subs are declared in "database.asp":

So, every time I want to execute some SQL command against my database whithin an ASP page, I include the file "database.asp" and this page calls the sub OpenConnection. Nothing out of the ordinary!

However, in order to improve the security level, I'd want to encrypt the code of "database.asp". I want to hide the Oracle user / password from other programers of my company. I mean, webdesigners do not need to know this kind of information for example! :) In Cold Fusion it is something easy to do, by the means of the CFENCRYPT command.

Do you know what people usually do to accomplish this task? I want a server-side solution (perhaps some dll/COM), because it must work on any browser.
