Form Mail

Is there a way to have a person fill in an order form online and have the form emailed to me as they entered it, either in html format or other to see the form lined up in nice columns.

We get orders and quote requests for dozens of items at a time and standard CGI form mail (NT form mail as we use NT servers) is not a very practical way to wade through orders.

I need it to handle a form that can vary in length and the lay out much the same as the form, such as the one at http://www.kitcoinc.com/support/rfq.html.

I have checked on all CGI form mailers that are available and can not find one that can mail me a nice looking form. I think since we can send invoices by email, that we should be able to recieve nice order forms as well.

Is this asking too much or is it possible and how do I do it????? The form is a CGI form that can grow depending on the number of fields needed by the client. Then it is sent to a CGI form mail.
