That is really a long story.
I cannot give you all the code. But I can give you the direction to work on.
Assume that you know how to use Scripting.FileSystemObject
You now have the file (with physical path).
Go to www.dundas.com to download the free DundasMailer component. Install it on your server (one more assumtion that you own the server :-) ). The example from Dundas is perfect.
Then you use:
objEmail.Attachments.Add()
objEmail.Body() to add body text
...
objEmail.SendMail to send.
After sending the email, you use Scripting.FileSystemObject

I think the email component needs a physical file to be on the server to attach on the email. Therefore, you have to call that page again (from the link with parameter ?email=1 for example) ... then instead of response.write to browsers, you write to a text file. At the end of the asp file, you pick it up, attach to the email, send mail, then delete that file.
