Yes, I am using this

The button i am using is for uploading image to database,
and the page is submitted to itself. However, the image displayed is not refresh (the old image still appears) unless i manually right click and click refresh.
What may be the problem?

Prevent the browser from using any cached data or images, add the following to the top of your ASP Code:
Response.Expires = -100000
Response.Expiresabsolute = Now() - 2
Response.AddHeader "pragma","no-cache"
Response.AddHeader "cache-control","private"
Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"
