With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? One user must login to the account in certin time

hello all
my problem is that
i want to prevent more than one user to use the same account at the same time
for example
if user1 logged into the site using the account Account1
the user2 must not be able to log in using the same account Account1 until user1 Log out

i also want to take the action of closing the browser and internet disconnect into consideration
