How to insert and Update multiple rows with one Unique ID(Primary Key) from my ASP Page

I have an ASP form and I'm inserting and updating data into the access database.

When I submit the form I create unique Request ID by a function and this Request ID is the
primary key in my table table1.

Also in my form I have multiple rows like this:

Userid1,name1,phone1,mailcode1 --->Row1
Userid1,name1,phone1,mailcode1 --->Row2
Userid1,name1,phone1,mailcode1 --->Row3

But in my table I have fields like:

UserID,Name,Phone,Mailcode.

I can create only one single request ID but want to insert all the above rows in to the above
fields and later if I want to retreive and update i want to pull all the three row info.

How to make the insert with multiple rows.
Hope you understand my problem.
