If you want to get it from a visitors card then you will need to have that laptop on your network and logged in to your domain as a guest. At this point you can launch your script to emurate the properties of his network card remotely via WMI. Assign the "strComputer" variable an IP or Hostname

You can get MAC address of the local computer with WMI.

You can probably get MAC address of remote computer when it is on the same LAN and you have administrative access to it via remote WMI.

I'm not sure if you can get mac-address over the internet - physical address of the adapter is in much lower level than TCP/IP is.
