COM+ Object problem

Hi all,

I have a COM+ dll on my webserver. The object opens up a word template fills in certain criteria then saves the document in another location.  When I call the object directly from the server, logged in as local admin, it runs fine. However when I create the object with asp and call the method for retrieving the document I get the following error'The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable '. It looks like a permissions issue but Im at a loss to find where,

any help much appreciated,
