But i shouldn;t be getting a request for a username and password. &nbsp;Why am i getting it? I don't get it when using IE7 or Firefox. &nbsp;Just the standalone version of IE6

I have downloaded IE7 and able to test on that fine.  
I downloaded a standalone version of IE6 but when i try to view a page at http://localhost it asked me for a Username and Password but when i don't enter a correct one i get the error:
