What you are trying to do cannot be accomplished because IIS first includes/imports the source code files. Once it has all the necessary code, it then begins to interprete/execute the code.

The closest that you will get to what you are trying to do is to use Server.Execute OR Server.Transfer but it is not a solution to what you need. With #includes, the global variables in the #included files are seen within the other #included files. That is not the case for files that are executed via Sever.Execute and/or Server.Transfer
