Created and Send a Meeting Request in ASP to Open with Outlook Appointment Calendar

I found a script that works well, but it opens up Outlook has a pass event appointment. What I need to do is open it has a new event, so its ready for the client to hit the send button. I also wonder if the description area can support HTML!!

basically I have a form:

step1: email, question1, question2
step2 (just like a meeting request in outlook on the web): date/time, all day event, reminder, subject, location, description, email from.

on submit an email is sent from step1 and ms outlook opens the vcalendar all set to hit SEND.
