How can I order an ASP page by last-entered entry, followed by date?

I have created an ASP project of awards. The record fields -- winners, category, month, date and topic -- are entered in a form, which is sent to a MS Acccess database. How can I order the results by last-entered entry, followed by year, month?

I have included as a code snippet the ASP coding. Suggestions?
