I found FFmpeg to be far too complicated to use.
Instead, I am using:

which does everything I need. Thanks anyway.

Component or Code to convert video to Flash on-the-fly?
I looking for a way to automatically convert a video file (AVI, WMV, MOV, etc) to Flash SWF or FLV.
I want the user to be able to upload a video file (15-30 seconds long) and have it convert to Flash.
I'm on a Windows dedicated server but I can run PHP, ASP, ASP.net.

I haven't tried this my self on Windows but I use this a lot on my linux server. You can try these articles to setup FFmpeg on Windows, but I've not tried them my self.
