I have an Excel file which has two charts. I want to display these charts on ASP page. I know how to display the contents of a cell but don't know about displaying Excel charts. Please guide.

don't use the Excel object on any server that will get any serious usage, it is not optimized for use with ASP. Instead, OWC (Office Web Components) may be your best bet.

Note that MS has an absurd licencing arrangement for OWC, presumably also for the use of Excel/other office DLLs from ASP. Any computer that access you site when it uses these components is supposed to have an Office 2000 licence, so MS says it is impossible to use on a web server for anything other than intranet.
