How to create different links by taking link names from a text file

Hi all,

       I need to design an asp page that can take a names from a notepad and should be able to create a link dynamically with names as link names.

suppose i have a notepad containing the following text

teja
sravanthi
Maruthi
prakyath


Now it should be able to create links with link names as teja(should redirect to another page), sravanthi, maruthi, prakyath.
