test taking application

I am looking for a test taking application for my company. Part of the start process is that each employee has to take some test question regarding policies and procedures. Dose any one know of a test taking application where I can put in question and multiple answers. i would prefer the code in .asp. let me know

We use this app for both surveys and compliance testing.  They've got both an ASP Classic and a .NET version.

Perhaps an online survey tool such as www.surveymonkey.com could be used, the pages it generates can be contained in your own html from what i am aware.
