ASP newbie question.

Hi,
I have an ASP page that displays Some employee data from an access database. The code is working fine. I need some kind of formatting on this like:
- Have title for each field (Name, Title, Location etc. The corresponding data should be displayed under each field)
- Alternate row color to each row.
- Fixed table cell width, color, font, size etc. If i can do it with css, kindly advise how.
