I am working with MS SQL 2000 database and ASP/Javascript page.
The ASP has a drop down menu, it selects the country value in the database and displays it, problem is that if the value in the database is uppercase or has an uppercase letter then the drop down meny doesnt recognize it as one of the values it has.
Example:
Drop down has "Mexico"
Database has "Mexico" .. then it matches, and works fine BUT
Drop down meny has "Mexico"
Database has "MEXICO" or "mexico " or "MeXico" then it wont select it and display in the drop down menu.
How can i make it work so that it doesnt matter if the letters are upper or lower case ?
