The radio button on my site look strange in that the associated text is not aligned correctly. It seems to be sitting in the bottom right corner in relation to the radio button itself.

Well, the default styling shouldn't look like that, so the correction would probably be: remove whatever styles (or perhaps markup) are causing it.
Probably there's an errant margin-top or margin-bottom somewhere? Or perhaps some combination of floats that isn't right?
We can't be any more specific without seeing the specific styles in use, really.
