Hi everybody,
Probably, a very simple question or i have overworked a bit. Here is the div structure:
<div id="first" style="position:absolute..
...a lot of other divs inside...
</div>
<div id="second" style="position:relative..
...a few other divs inside....
</div>

My question: how to define div 'second' to be placed below div 'first'? If I define div "second" as absolutely positiuoned with some top value, it overlaps the content that follows this div. The only way i have found so far is to place a dummyy div with min-width equal to div 'first' between "first" and "second"
Any better solutions, please

It does not make real difference because the next divs cannot be absolutely positioned due to several reasons. If I place nothing between those, the absolutely positioned divs will overlap the content. The real problem here is that as soon as you place the one absolutely positioned div on the top (top:0;), it overlaps the non-absolute divs

Elements positioned with "position:absolute" are taken out of the document flow - which means their presence will not influence the position of any other element.
