Browser viewing site issue

The front page of this website is viewing fine in IE but when I view it in Firefox it shows slightly skewed.  The news feeds when removed or commented out seem to fix the issue, so I know it has something to do with this.  I have tried setting the width of the <TD> elments and mucking with my CSS but it still presents a problem.  Can someone look under the hood and let me know how to fix?
