only part of table is printing in firefox

Hi,

i am using css to create a printer friendly deli menu on a webpage.  The menu is all within a table, so i have my style sheet setup to display and print that table.  The problem is the table has many rows and prints on 2+ pages.  In internet explorer the table prints out in its entirety, however in Firefox only one page prints out and the rest of the table is not printed.

How do i make the entire table print out in both firefox and IE?
