How do I set the transparency in CSS for a PNG Background Image?

Hi, I am using Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition to create an .aspx page and am having issues with a CSS stylesheet to create a transparent PNG background image.  Since I did not develop this code, I am unsure how I can use the Microsoft AlphaImageLoader filter or if I need to use it to create the transparent image in IE 6.x and below.  I know there is an issue with using PNG's in versions lower than IE 7 and I keep getting a bluish background around the image instead of the transparency. I need this PNG and not a gif because of the quality.  I am attaching a js file as txt file that is used as well.  How can I get this to be transparent?  It's supposed to work as a bubble tooltip when I roll over a date in a calendar with the bubble as a png image with transparency.Start Free Trial
