How to center a horizontal CSS pulldown menu

Hi all,

I'm new when it comes to CSS menu's. I copied some code I found online and it does exactly what I want it to do, except my website is centered and fixed at something like 766 pixels and I want to align the CSS menu either to the center, or stretch it to the full width of the table cell it is in.

The code is pretty much exactly the same except I have changed the menu items.

I really need to get this sorted asap as its holding up the rest of the project.
