The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Is there a way around the margin-left, float left conflict in IE6?

I have a section of a webpage with six reiterations of  div class named themeBox.  The css is coded so that I will have two rows of 3 each. I can't figure out how to fix the margin-left, float left conflict in IE6 without putting the individual divs in the cells of a table.  Not that that's the end of the world, I'm just always looking for ways to keep everything defined by the css.
