Howto make a <img> with hover image with CSS?

Hi,

i have the following problem with a image rollover function that i would like to build.
The purpose is to create a rollover with css on the <img> tag itself.
So not on an <a href> tag or something.

And it would be more interesting if the code is included in the <img> tag itself (if possible offcoarse)

I hope my question is clear enough, otherwise please ask me...
