CSS problem with a select combo box on pull down

Hi everyone hope you are all well.

Guys i have a css problem whereby when I click on a combo box, and see the entries in it, the container that holds these entries is displayed outside the region of the combo box.
I have attached a print screen of the problem and suspect it is either because I need a <form> tag with the <select> tag, or a css problem.

Any help on this greatly appreciated.

I have attached the code in question along with the css.
