DIV text alignment problem

Hi there,
I've spent hours googling and looking through this site but can't seem to solve my problem.

I am trying to get away from using tables but have fallen into the text alignment trap and can't seem to get out.

I want to achive putting rows of div tags with text and images.
The problem being that the text will not align correctly in both Firefox and IE

Can any one point me in the right direction ?
