I'm following the instructions to the letter and all that happens is that when the page loads, the call just hides the browser's scroll bar and doesn't render the custom scroll bar.

Apparently jScrollPane requires a newer version of jQuery. My quick tests show it at least works with versions 1.2.6, 1.3.1, and 1.3.2.

I get 404 Not Found errors when I follow the links you posted. Does that mean you fixed it already?
