Note the following:
1. Logo - you cannot click on the logo (this should link you to the homepage)
2. Read More and Buy Now Buttons - the link buttons in the main banner area (left of the photo of child) are not clickable (these are links with background images).
3. Education Faq - another link with a background-image that cannot be clicked on.
We are using a very common approach to displaying these links in a SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY way.
We simply push the text off the visible part of link and display the background image as the actual link.
The text is used by search engines for ranking.
I have provided the CSS below that is used for main parts.

I'm see that it works with IE7 standards in IE8 and not with IE8 standards i changed that with my Developer Toolbar.
I think it works when you enable Compatibility View in IE8, but i think that IE8 has to many bugs or problems http://www.gtalbot.org/Bro

Giving #Logo position:relative and display:block seems to fix it.
The others have a very similar problem, but I can't seem to find a pure CSS fix for them. I suggest you try placing a <span> inside each link.
