I added disc to the style and then adjusted the margin and it's workign fine.

Lost my bullets!
Hello
For some reason while I was tweaking my css I lost my bullets.

It your style.css file, you have the line:
.format_text ul { list-style: none; margin: 0 0 1.53846em 0; }
the list-style: none is setting it so that there are no bullets
Try omitting list-style altogether or chaning it to list-style: disc
There's lots of other options. See http://www.w3schools.com/C
You can also use images as bullets.
