If you mean that you want to show the html code for a link, you just html encode the text that you put in the textarea:

<textarea name="info">This is a <a href=&quot;http://www.guffa.com&quot;>link</a>.</textarea>

If you mean that you want to show a clickable link, that is not possible.

Clickable link in textarea is impossible. But you can use a replacement for textarea: fck or my favorite http://www.openwebware.com/. Then you will have the same functionality and working links.
