Positioning of divs

Hi,
Please look at
http://www.plungjan.name/eetest/index.html

I would like the banner to be flush under the dark grey bar at the top and the boxes to be about 20px (or clearly adjustable) under the banner

Also if you would know how to make the scrollbars nicer in the rounded boxes (in FF) or let me know if it looks cool enough not to touch that the right side of the boxes are square when there is a scrollbar.

If you could give me an alternative so the banner goes from edge to edge, I would like to have that possibility in case the person whose homepage this is asks

Why make the columns fixed height anyway?

To do that, you either need to use a repeating image or 2 or 3 images.
