Can't stop error with bckground image

Hi,

Just changed some of the coding on my website,  and lost my background image (blue fade) at the top of the page.

URL of what it should be is attached including how it is at moment.

Just upload "bgrepeat.gif" to images/ folder and it should work.

You need to test this on IE 6. The page renders the home icon over the menu items, and the page is wider thasn 100%.

My current contract is with the NHS and we are all on IE 6.
