Placing Image as a Table Righ and Left Boders

Dear all,
 I designed a page with table with 78% width and 100% as height with center alignment of table. I used Images for Top and Bottom of the table. So these two (Top and Bottom) images are having shaded borders. I'm getting gap after the images. So I'm planning to use one  Image for Right and Left side borders. I need to your help for placing that image for both the sides. I attached the image what I was done upto now. Please check it once and suggest me.
