That's not true it is closed later on in the code.
If you look closely you'll see that it is closed after the submenu.
I've created a website that has a few containers to show the content.
In some way the main and sub container show in a way that I've never encountered before. The main container is too wide and the sub container show a little below the main container.
It also affects the h1.title that I created where the text is displayed about 50 pixels below the actuel header.

I hope someone can help me with this one because I'm pretty stuck.

After downloading the source from the link given above.
I found the ordering of the lists is not correct at some places (line number 50 to 150).
For example at line 50, a new tag of <li> is starting but is not ending within the outer <ul> tag.
