need help with css designs...
I'm failing to get the design just right and I'm out of patience. In the past, I was able to ask the experts here and get a solution...so i thought I would put this to you:
the site is http://nice.tamu.edu
There is a white background image on most of the divs. These semi-transparent white areas do not stay contiuous through the document. The problem shows up on the home page. Please let me know what can be changed to remove these spaces.
Sure, i know the site looks cheezy, but my forte is servers, not web design...i'm doing the best I can.
