cfchart adding 0 to start and end point

I was suggested to add 0 to the first point and last point on my graph to get a work around for the default interpolation of coldfusion 8.  My host will not change the default sense it will effect every user.  Below is my chart that I'm using.  Can someone tell me how to add a 0 to the start point and end point.  Start Free Trial
