I need help modifying some coldfusion code. Can someone help?

Hello. I had posted a request for some help yesterday and was quite successful in getting the assistance needed. I am not at all familiar with Cold Fusion but I do have programming background in ASP.

I am trying to modify the code on this page:

to read the latitude and longitude directly from our database. The field "Latitude" and "Longitude" exist in a table that we have in SQL called "homes" ... Below is the code that our previous developer used to get the data from the tables. I tried a simple modification by adding the two field names into the recordset and I had no luck. The page blew up with errors. I am honestly not sure if I am missing a step or not. I looked at the SQL database and those fields exist in the "homes" table.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

The top part of the code is what I am using to set the variable "lat" and "lon" .. right now it's reading from the URL ... I need it to read from the database. The bottom portion of code is the CFIF that uses a specific recordset depending on the property type. In this example, I am using TYPEPROP 1.
