SQL QUERY RESULTS - combining results from two queries

I have two queries that have related fields (pipe_id and SPDR_pipeID). Once I have finished the 2nd query below, I need the output to contain the retrieved information from both queries. How do you combine query results joined by (in this example) pipe_id and SPDR_pipeID?
