I've got a problem that I can't get past - don't even know if it's possible, but...
I've edited a Google Earth placemark "bubble" to display text that a user is expected to click, wanting to open a "dialog"-type box of supplemental information. For example, for a specific city within a country, I placed a "U.S. Embassy" placemark; when the icon is clicked, the bubble opens with a offices line-items[using "<ul>"-tags], with a list of personnel (in each office).
What I'm trying to do is make each person "clickable" so their contact information comes up in a simple dialog-type popup. I have the personnel within "<a>"-tags, so each line-item is selectable, but the "href"-window is getting in the way. I'm trying to avoid saving HTML-pages for each person, in each office, in each city, for each country in the region - but getting a simple alert-box to popup just ain't happening !!!
Any and all help would be appreciated... to the tune of 300-points - THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT
