I can't find NetConnectionDebugger. Where is it?

I need to use the infamous NetConnectionDebugger.swf that supposedly ships with Flash 8 and Flex Builder 2 but I am positive that this file is not in my hard drive.

I've read a bunch of websites that mention different paths to locate that file but it is nowhere to be found.
I currenlly own Flex Builder 2, Flash 8, and Flash CS3.

Where can I download it? I can't find any links in Google.

I think NetConnectionDebugger is some old things and is not included in the latest versions of Flash / Flex.

Please check out the following article on how to debug inside Flex 2.
